Rifle Scopes Premier or Schmidt and Bender

Unless something new has recently happened, isn't Premier defunct and out of business?

    Digital Trigger

If you're looking for a binary trigger, have you considered the Fostech Echo? It has a sear trip to prevent hammer follow.

Rifle Scopes Primary Arms Platinum 1-8x Scope feedback

Have you considered the Trijicon 1-8 accupower?

Rifle Scopes Primary Arms Platinum 1-8x Scope feedback

If I was shopping that price point, I'd personally consider options other than the primary arms 1-8 platinum. Could it be a good scope? maybe But with that much money, I'd rather spend it on something that I know for sure will be spectacular.

Rifle Scopes Barrett M95 .50bmg optic selection

I'd recommend a Schmidt and Bender PMII. You can find them for about 2000-2400 if you shop carefully, and keep track of options.

Rifle Scopes First higher end scope...

Yeah vortex makes some great scopes in the 800 range. Alternatively, SWFA makes some great FFP scopes with accurate open turrets too. Might be worth checking them out.

    20" ar15 barrel under $300?

My "go-to" for ar 15 builds are FN CHF CL barrels

    Rifle Scopes Lighter weight Scope

I run a 3-9 trijicon accupoint on a lightweight build, and it's been great. The scope weighs 12.5oz or so, and is still under a pound with the aero precision mount it's attached to. It is a 1 inch tube though. It's around the 500$ mark if you look hard enough, and I think it is definitely worth it.

Accuracy Limit of the 7.62X39 Cartridge

Theoretically with a good handload and tuned rifle I don't see why it can't be sub moa at 100 yards. It's just when you take it to medium/long distances, the aerodynamics of the 7.62x39 projectile suffers. Personally, tula out of my Zastava never gets better than 3moa.

    Ar.308 ballistic advantage problems

Assuming you've tried multiple magazines, personally i think the problem is either with the bolt carrier group or the feedramps/lower receiver.

    Ar.308 ballistic advantage problems

Is that the exact position you find it locked open in? Or is that the failure to feed position?

Rifle Scopes Trijicon MRO, worth the money? How does it compare to Aimpoint?

I have an MRO and T1. The MRO has a better field of view and a lower price. The T1 has less image 'discoloration' and better form factor. Also I think it looks cooler. I think they're both great.

    Ar.308 ballistic advantage problems

Having the bolt lock back like that combined with strange feeding makes me think it might be an issue with either the lower or the bcg. Just to make sure, do the feed ramp design of your upper receiver match your barrel? Are all your parts of the same 308 AR pattern?

    Rifle Scopes Leupold Mark4 ER/T M5A2 (34mm)

I have an er/t on my Barrett. Runs pretty well. Eye relief is quite nice, durability is pretty good.

Any you Tacticool Sumbitches have a bumpfire stock?

I tried one once. It kinda works. The problem was that it was hard to aim properly while using it because the whole gun was bouncing back and forth to bumpfire.

Is it okay to use the same bolt carrier group on a new barrel?

Are you talking about an ar15? If so, then yeah it should be no problem. bolt action rifles, I'd be more hesitant and double check head spacing at the minimum.

Rifle Scopes Revic Optics is launching

A lot of talk about "going straight to the consumer", "lowest price possible" and "cutting needless margins", got me excited for a quality budget optic. But then they drop a scope with a 3000$ price tag...

    Rifle Scopes Glass for 338LM

With the new SB 5-25's in the 2200ish range, that's gonna be hard to beat.

Rifle Scopes Question on Sig Scopes and other "2nd Tier" brands

Since the scopes are relatively new to the market, I bet it will be quite some time before you see real substantial feedback above the standard "first impression" review.

    Rifle Scopes Pros/Cons of 3-20 magnification range v. 5-20

If memory serves, the short 5-20 costs about $1000 more. If I were in your situation I'd choose the 3-20. If close range shooting is a serious point of contention for you, I'd recommend just using the extra cash savings for an offset rmr or something similar to that. Either way, both scopes are...
