    For a rifle barrel, copper and nickel anti seize will work equally well, nickel is a premium anti seize suitable for extremely high temperatures, but for what we're using them for, they both are fine.

    It looks like corrosion but until you swab it out with solvent and a penetrating oil like Eezox or Kroil, it's hard to know for certain. However, I've seen barrels that looked bad inside that shot very well, so I'd probably clean it with solvent then go shoot it...

    You can get profit Tikka barrels from PVA. Other than that, I agree that in todays world it doesn't make sense to get any action that doesn't have profit barrels available.

    Barrel vise bushing?

    I have a Short Action Customs barrel vise and per their instructions, I wrap my barrels where they are clamped in a couple layers of drywall tape before clamping and it works well and leaves no marks on the barrels.
