    Best 45 can out there is the Rugged Obsidian hands down. I have a gemtech lunar and dead air ghost as well. They all have their edges but the clear winner is always the Obsidian. I've also run the sig, gemtech gm-45, aac, silencerco (all of them) and I'd still buy a second Obsidian before those.

    Between the two which one can be used at the furthest distance? Clip on systems is what I'm looking at. Current consideration was the armasight co-LR GHOST. But noticed there was an xlr ghost now and I know zilch about thermals. Mostly engaging steel as far as possible.

    How good is good?

    The build was done by my dad and I. It's a blueprinted remington 700 with a krieger barrel, tubb taper and a .375 recoil lug 27" barrel. Mcmillan a5 stock and a nightforce 5.5x22 nxs. We all used sand bags.
