    Coolest piece of kit lately?

    Picked up a 2011 2-dr Jeep Rubicon JK that had 36k on the clock. 6-speed with new tires. Took the rear seat out and just finished putting in Misch Big Boy seat brackets to add an additional 4" travel (I'm 6-9). Great range jeep.

    I had to change out the stock as it was too short for me; ended up going to High Plaines Gunstocks and getting a much better stock. The barrel fits perfect so no changes needed. This normally wears a TBAC Ultra 5CB. Great shooting rifle. I also had some trigger work done by Haus of Arms.

    Full 16" barrel. The Vortex is a 5x25 and just a bit of overkill but I like it. I normally keep it at 10 and might start looking at a replacement soon.

    If you're looking take a look at Rugged Surge. I've got one in 45 that also does 22, 9 and 300 Blkout. I also have 762 in jail. TBAC are all great cans and also have several of those.

    Just saw this this morning. We've lived full time near Tucson for the past 18-years since retiring from the federal government. The best place for a steak (or ribs) is Li'l Abners Steakhouse 8500 Silverbell Rd. I've been going here for well over 30 years. I'll write more once the morning coffee...

    I had a SWFA 10x a couple years ago and wish I still had it today. Also make certain you have good rings. You might spend a little more at first but save by not having to do it twice.
