    I agree with the above on 6mm over the 260. Whatever your cartridge of choice, build it on an action that has readily available prefits. Personal choice would be Impact or Lone Peak. Then you can drop the 260 for anything with a simple barrel swap down the road.

    I'm a big fan of a drag bag (or soft case) inside a pelican. When just driving to the local range I drag bag only, when throwing in the back of a truck for a longer drive or a flight the bag fits snuggly inside the pelican.

    That is unfortunate to hear! How fast are you running them? They run so well in mine I hate to change at this point. That said, their handling and denial of this issue will definitely push me to something else after this barrel.

    The two way adds 1.3" to the rifle (or you cut i t back as shown above on mine). The 3 and 4 way plates add more.

    Where are the 108 reports, I've not heard it for those at all? I've pushed 500 or so of them between 2950-3000 without issue, so would be interesting to see if I have problems at lot change or if others have had issues with the lighter bullets.
