I have never used a Timney so I can’t comment on them. The Jard is a huge improvement over the factory trigger on MY rifle. It seems that the factory Tikka triggers are all over the place as far as the weight range adjustment goes. Mine was at the higher end no matter what spring it had in it...
This has been some read, not only has it taken a left turn off the road, it's went through the ditch and over the hill out of sight. LOL orkan, I can only wish I could shoot as many rounds a year as you do. You have a very accurate rifle and the skills to take advantage of it, my hats off to...
I have four lots of Std. Plus, one has shot very well in all my rifles, three 52 D's, a E, a 40XB and sporters. Two shoot good and the third only shoots well in one of my sporters. I have one lot of Rifle Match and it's only okay in my rifles. Flatnose basic is better in my rifles than the...
Pellets aren't a good comparison, the lead in pellets is dead soft and velocity is low, probably around 400 fps. As mentioned already I doubt the quality of a Crosman barrel is very high.
I have a 52D Winchester and a Remington 40XB that came from the CMP, both show signs of plenty of use yet both shoot very well. I'd be willing to bet that 98% of rimfire owners will never shoot enough to have a problem.
I tool shoot LH and it seems not many guns are for sale. I have a RH Savage FVSS 22-250 but wanted a lighter carry around rifle so a couple months ago I started looking for a donor action. Last week a LH Savage mdl 11 in 308 popped up for sale locally so I snatched it up. Today I'm going to...
Are you using the tuners in the stock? I tried a bunch of different settings on mine and it was inconsistent. It would shoot well one time and the next it would be wild. I wound up placing a piece of inner tube between the barrel and stock to make it shoot consistently well.
You have to remember the air rifles mentioned aren't designed to shoot 50 yards and to compare a 10M .177 target rifle to a .22 rimfire at 50 yards is a stretch at best.
