I've got the AAC and love it. Regularly shot 168 and 175 with it with great results out to 300 (haven't gone farther but all under one minute out to that far if I do my part). Wen I tried the 147gr WWB the groups were around 8". Haven't tried it again. -BTO-
Well I know mine was with federal GMM 175's so it wasn't cheap but considering how much I'd have spent if I'd taken my AR instead of my bolt it was well worth it for the amount of fun I had. -BTO-
^ This is something I love about this forum. Soooooo many people have so much more knowledge about this discipline that I do or would be able to figure out on my own. I have already been able to take some of these tips and translated them into tighter groups and more enjoyment at the range -BTO-
Rifle: remmy 700 SPS AAC-SD, .308 Hornady Match AMAX 168gr. First time shooting in a comp like this. Wind was from 5-15mph straight in my face and the mirage was pretty rough too but I shot my best. Hope I submitted the target correctly. -BTO-
Nice work! I've zeroed my rifle at 200 and work back at forth between 200&300 yards. It helps me build my data card. Personally I still testing ammos to see what my rifle, Thumper, likes best! -BTO-
