Should be able to build in the sub 4 lb range. Would need something like a 2a armament receiver set with a titanium bcg and super light buffer with gas turned all the way down, carbon fiber hand guard, stock , titanium little parts, etc... If you can build 3.5 lb AR, that would leave you 4.5 lb...
I cant it forward if I need lower height than perpendicular. I also go forward if there is enough room to move the pivot point further out which is more stable.
You can put pressure on the bolt lock back lever to assist with your off hand. That'll accelerate and assist the mag catch. If it locks back like that then probably over gassed.
About 110 to 120 MOA with a 50 yard zero. That's based on whatever 22lr ballistics I had on strelok (calculator calculated 112 moa. 6.8 moa or 7.1 inches at 100 yards as another data point. )
