Looking for some NRL22 advice on equipment.

I'm no expert and I havent shot those nrl22 matches but I find at shorter distances I like to be way less magnification getting in and out of barricades I find the target quicker and have seem to have less wobble. Maybe around 5 to 8x. As far as scopes I have the swfa 3-15 on my centerfire and...

What do you use to spot in competitions?

I personally use 12x binos. Work great at a match I really don't feel like they are underpowered at all. I usually have them on a tripod but when I am first scouting targets at the stage I have them off the tripod. I wish I had a nice pair of 15x Swarovski... but I just can't swing that.

Rifle Scopes Current Best Value Optics Around $1k

I had the same dilemma. I decided I could deal with less features in exchange for better glass and went with a used swfa 5-20. I have been using the reticle with my other rifles and it suites me well. I've compared the glass of my buddies swfa 5-20 with tons of other scopes and its beats out all...

K-Bars What Knife is in your pocket right now?

Nope not yet. I brush/ blow the lint off and run it under water and when its dry add a little graphite lube to it and it has never got sticky or gummy and always opens smooth and locks up perfect.

    Left Handed Options?

I had the same problem and ended up going with the 10/22 and put some work into it. Main reason I went with that instead of a lefty cz is so my wife and kids can shoot it too but I still wanted to be able to run nrl22 matches. Might not be ideal but I cant afford rifles for everyone... or a...
