Looking for my new Criterion .223 Match chambered preferred load and this is what I came up with. Just looking for confirmation as I have been known to chase shiny objects and small groups before. LOL Specs are Savage Axis action in an MDT chassis 26" 1/7 223 match varmint profile. My...
I've had one for a couple of moths now and am liking it. I have it setup with 5 dies. A Lee universal decapping die flanked by a 6.5 creed full length sizer and bullet seater on one side and the same in 223 on the other. So far it has performed great for my needs and produced a few hundred rounds.
I have the Oculus and love it. It is a heavier can being stainless baffles but take down and clean up is so easy. I have no discern-able FRP with it, at least to my ears anyways. I run it on my S&W Victory, P22, M&P 15-22, and CZ 455 V with no problems just miles of smiles.
My CZ likes SK+ & SK rifle match even more. It shoots CCI standard like a shotgun though. I use SK+ for my everyday shooting and practice and rifle match for comps.
Fair warning they can be addictive. I started with a rimfire can and now have 3 cans and am thinking of getting a couple more. I enjoy them all. Do your research and ask questions over in the suppressor forum. There are lots of good cans out now you just need to pick what features you want.
It will depend on your set up as to what affects, if any, a can will make. I have no POI shift with or without a can on my CZ 455 varmint barrel but my buddy with his T-Bolt has to come up 2 clicks and left 2 clicks when he puts his can on. It can affect your barrel harmonics but the joy of...
I am really liking that Royal, especially that tiger stripe looking grain. The MTR reminds me of the GRS stock without the adjust ability, but I like it. That American with the dark walnut is dead nuts sexy right there. I have a 455 varmint with a 16" threaded barrel. Its a shooter in a Boyds At...
"the bottom metal is now sculpted and sleek, metalwork is finished in nitride to give it the look of a quality blue with the corrosion resistance of stainless,"
Well I just got myself a new BMP in 6.5 creed and doing all my pre set up measurements and I think I have a long throated chamber. I am getting average 2.890 COAL to the lands with 140 ELD M and 2.920 with 147 ELD M using my Hornady gauge and dummy cartridge. Is this in spec or should I reach...
Any thoughts on the Gemtech 22 quick disconnect adapter? Looking at starting the long wait for my first suppressor and was wondering how the QDA does when using multiple hosts. My current hosts are a Walther P22, Nelson 1911 22 conversion threaded barrel, S&W M&P 15-22 and I'll probably get my...
I used to carry at the 3-3:30 position also but I liked carrying my cell at the 3 so one of them had to move. I can actually conceal better at 4:30 due to my body shape and it's more comfortable than I expected, other than pushing up when sitting in the car. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
Hello all. Joined up to start gathering info on how and what I need to start sending small hunks of lead and copper really fast and really far and to hit what I want.
I recently got a 30s and have been daily carrying it in a Alien gear IWB and it's is doing very good. One thing that does bother me though is it is not comfortable while driving, but where I carry at the 4:30 position I haven't found one yet that is comfortable in a car. Sent from my XT1585...
