Seems very similar to the MIL-XT from Nightforce - which apples to my eye...the GRID reticle from S&B is another reticle along similar lines... Opinions vary though!
Sold my AMG here on the 'Hide some time ago... For me reticle options are key - I know the OP said he didn't care - but, I'm loving my 7-35 ATACR with MIL-XT...FWIW... Turret feel etc...Nightforce all day every day...
I’ve got a 7-35 NF ATACR, MIL- XT (which I’m really enjoying) ... but also leaning towards a S&B with the GRID reticle... hard to ignore that S&B glass...

As guys have said - personal preference... That said - I had the same decision to make a while back... Had a long hard look at the T3, but eventually went with the MIL-XT. Very glad I did!
Would you mind sharing the cliff notes in what resets you did that helped the problem...? Hopefully that'll help some of the rest of us that are still struggling with these issues... Thanks in advance.
Interestingly, I'm running 1.23 on my 5700 elite and I am having the same issues with wind directions being all over the place after wind capture - relative to DOF... So with each target I have to re-check & confirm the wind direction - time consuming & undermines the "efficient" target...
So what would the acceptable tolerance (in degrees) be between the DOF readings on the terrapin vs the Kestrel be without losing accuracy in the firing solution...?
About 50% of the time the reading between my Kestrel & terrapin X us about 20 degrees off... I've tried recalibrating the Compass on the Kestrel & terrapin & that helps sometimes - for a period of time... Just wondering if any fellow Kestrel / terrapinX owners have experienced similar & found...
