Best way to carry a kestrel for prs type competition
What do you do with the string on your Kestrel? I’ve been trying a few different holders/holders and keep find the long ass string on the end is a pain in the ass to stuff into a pouch.- beetroot

Extreme Spread
Under 40fps is what I hope for in match ammo. Under 30fps is what I'd expect from very good ammo. Anything starting with a 2 is excellent, but likely to be due to small sample size/luck from a particular box of ammo. I've shot plenty of matches with ammo that's around 50-70fps ES, I'll miss...- beetroot

CZ 457 MTR ammo?
Try some better (more expensive) match ammo. CCI MM (minimag?) isn't known to be particularly accurate. SK red should be ok though, however different batch can vary a lot. It's the kind of thing they wouldn't have expected that to be the cause of the problem though. So I can see why it would take a while. Especially if there wasn't a warning saying what was wrong. Between the CVR, FDR, and physical wreckage they will know exactly what happened. If they were moved to cutoff due to some sort of failure it will be obvious to the investigators. Or if it was indeed sabotage, or just human error. Those switches are 100% manual only.- beetroot
