    Rifle Scopes Problem with adjustment range PM2 3-20x50

    Why can't I get two full revolutions on the elevation turret on my new 3-20 scope. It stops at the 17.2 mil mark, and won't go further down than 0.3 mil below the zero mark on the turret.
