    Gunsmithing Stock inletting

I recently bought the Badger detachable magazine system for a Remington 700 I have used up until now with a hinged floor plate. I use a B&C tactical stock with a aluminum bedding system that is installed from the factory. Is there a logical reason to utilize the two pillars that came from...

So who doesn't own an AR?

Re: So who doesn't own an AR? I once owned 4 AR's. Each had there own purpose. But now I'm down to 2. I've got a 6.8 SPC STAG, and I've got a custom built AR for competition purposes. Ammo is going up and instead of wasting ammo and money for close range work I've decided to switch to...

    Accuracy international mags

I recently got a Accuracy International Chassis System on the hide from another member. It's a long action model. It came with a 5 round magazine labeled 300 WM. Would I be able to use this same magazine if I had a rifle chambered in a remington 7mm magnum. I would assume so since they use...

    Which high end factory rifle?

Re: Which high end factory rifle? True the Sako TRG accessories are expensive, but maybe besides a magazine, what accessories do you really need. I have a TRG 42 and have a harris bipod which works great. The muzzle break cost 240 but after you factor in the cost of getting a barrel...

    TRG 42

Does anybody know which screw to take out to attach the swivel stud for the bipod on the TRG? I tried the philips and it was to small. The front screw has a washer on it could this be it, or is it the only hex bolt on the bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rifle Scopes Nightforce scope 3.5-15x two piece scope body

Re: Nightforce scope 3.5-15x two piece scope body Isn't a one piece supposed to be of better quality? I have two of them as well, and haven't ran into any problems but is it just a marketing trick when a scope company of lesser quality mentions one piece tubes. What is the signficant...
