I have a Gen 1 blend on my Tikka Tac A1. Installation was a 5 min affair, it has stayed tight and works beautifully on every Arca accessory I’ve put on it. I fabbed up a Harris bipod adapter that stays on the rifle and then it also goes in my Sunwayfoto leveling base without issue.

I shoot a Tac A1 in260 and have run it in a handful of matches. I don’t own a Bergara but I have shot several of my friends Bergaras. I wouldn’t even think of trading my Tikka for any of their Bergara’s. Any and all of them shoot well, but the Tikka in my experience is a more finely crafted rifle.

We just went through major light strike headaches with department 700's after we switched from GMM to Hornady TAP. Two new LTR's haven't had problems while two older 700P's were getting 10-20% FTF's. We ultimately put extra power FP springs in everything and have had no more problems.

16-18 inch shorty rifles I just ditched my McRee folder for an MDT LSS on my shorty 700. I'm very pleased with that decision so far.
