Re: S&W M&P Shield Got a 40 cal last week. 200 plus rounds thru it so far w/o any issues, TMJ and Gold Dots. Slim, light, easy to carry. Recoil is a little more than the Glock 26 I normally carry, but I can do a 5 and 1 drill under 3 seconds with it. So far, I like it a lot.

Re: Marsh Scopes I've been shooting a FFP 3-24 for about six months. So far it has performed very well. Very solid and repeatable. Great glass. Nice and light.

Re: Troy battlesight zeroing question I bought one of those sights and it was out of spec as far as fitting my receiver. Couldn't get it to tighten down properly. The large DOA aperture is fast up close, but not much else. Try zeroing it with the small aperture.

Re: surefire suppressors I've been running a a Surefire 223 suppressor since 07. Had at least one baffle stike in that period. Don't know when it occured, but did not result in a adverse incident.

Re: want to masterkey my shotgun Yea, I agree, they existed way before "son"s of guns." Seen alot of operators try try to make then work. In my opinion, much more efficient and safe letting the TL, ATL, ot dedicated breacher employ a secondary short barreled shotgun in the breaching sequence.

Re: 16" barrel on a .22 with a can? I went from a 20" barrel with no suppressor to a 16" with an AAC. With CCI subsonics it performs very well.

Re: CZ 452 VS 455 I bought a 455 in 22lr several months ago and it shoots every bit as good as the 452 I had. The ability to change calibers so easily is a bonus.

Re: SMK's for deer hunting? I know it's not suggested to do so, but I've killed several deer with a 168 SMK. Shots were from 150 to 250 yards. All of them had substantial exit holes and none of the deer traveled more than a few yards after being hit.

Re: Safariland "3-Gun" Case Looks like a good case. Only product I have used from Condor was a plate carrier. Stitching started turning loose after about two months.
