    SOLD!!!

Awesome. Thanks for the quick reply. I thought all the T50 and up were just clip and go with no sight in or offset adjustments needed.

    SOLD!!!

Do these require any kind of “sight in” like a lot of other thermal clip on units or is this more like a clip on NV unit that is coliminated and is just clip on and roll?

    115 berger vld in 243 with 7.5 twist ?

Just keep an eye out for pressure and work your way up. I'm betting somewhere around 42 grains you start seeing what you want.

    115 berger vld in 243 with 7.5 twist ?

Try speeding them up a bit more. 39.5 is still on the light load side.

Suppressors Berryman Chem Dip: Anybody used it on a suppressor?

I made one that works pretty decent really. Just a piece of stainless tubing with a 1/16" hole drilled in it. I need to make one with a smaller hole but I'll have to order a smaller bit.

Suppressors Berryman Chem Dip: Anybody used it on a suppressor?

Yep me either. I soaked my 30P-1 for a little over 24 hours and it didn't do shit. Literally nothing at all. I'm done with that stuff. CLR does 50 times what this stuff does in the same time frame.

Suppressors Berryman Chem Dip: Anybody used it on a suppressor?

Cool. Yeah I have mine still soaking this morning. I'll give it 24 hours or so and then check it. My 30P-1 is crazy dirty (like 9 or 10oz over dirty) so we shall see what it does to it. Its all carbon in it so should do at least a little something I hope.

Suppressors Berryman Chem Dip: Anybody used it on a suppressor?

How long did you let it soak for? I'm soaking one right now but just curious how long you let it set in there.

Suppressors Berryman Chem Dip: Anybody used it on a suppressor?

Like the title says. Anybody tried it on a suppressor? Couple videos on YouTube show it cleaning some pretty nasty piston rings and such in like an hour. I know it's not going to work in an hour or even one cycle but maybe faster than say Bore Tech or CLR etc? Well what say you crazy bastards?

Suppressors Cleaning a sealed can with Stainless Media

That's pretty much what I am and have been doing but like I said this puppy is so far gone its going to take more that just soak and rinse. I made a nozzle to go down into the can that hooks on to the end of a pressure washer to spray in there and maybe dislodge a bit of carbon here and there...

Suppressors Cleaning a sealed can with Stainless Media

Yeah the guidelines for a sealed can are pretty much you don't need to clean it lol. Suppression levels are still pretty decent but man is it heavy. If I can get back to a manageable amount then yes dipping it every 500-1000 rounds wouldn't be a bad idea for keeping the weight down. Its the...

Suppressors Cleaning a sealed can with Stainless Media

lol I am a reasonable person but just trying to think outside the box a bit. I haven't done this yet so no harm no foul. My problem is it's so dirty (25oz or almost 9oz over new weight) that soaking alone isn't going to do much for me in a reasonable time frame. Just looking to speed the process...

Suppressors Cleaning a sealed can with Stainless Media

Perfect. I have been wanting to build something like that for a pressure washer with stainless steel tubing. Might try this first.

Suppressors Cleaning a sealed can with Stainless Media

I have thought about this same idea but for a power washer. Use 1/4" stainless tubing and should be good to go for any pressure that power washer can put out. It would be nice I I could measure the distance to and in between each baffle so I could drill holes accordingly to make sure the spray...

Suppressors Cleaning a sealed can with Stainless Media

It's titanium so it's good to go on solvent but I can tell you from experience just on this can alone that just soaking in solvent alone and flushing with no special tooling isn't going to cut it or at least not in any reasonable time frame. Take a guess at how much carbon you think this is in...

Suppressors Cleaning a sealed can with Stainless Media

Mainly the weight Gump. Suppression is suffering a hair but mainly it's a tank. I may end up trying to build an air nozzle type deal to stick down in it to help blast some of the loosened carbon out. I know a pressure washer would be the best but I'll have to try the air first. I have a pressure...
