    Olympic Arms is NOT out of business. And xcaliber DOES NOT makes barrels for them. Olympic may make barrels for xcaliber, as they make barrels and other parts for several other companies.

    Gun Safe Defeats?

    The metal cutting blades cut faster and cleaner than the abrasive blades. I use them on one of my miter saws and some of my angle grinders. My son and I do a lot of metal work and we could get into any residential style gun safe in about 10 minutes.

    I used EGW on my Savage 12LRP. Have used EGW on several other rifles as well.

    Re: scope for a savage 17hmr I have a Tasco 10-40x50 Target/Varmint on mine. It has fine crosshairs with 1/8" target dot.
