I can't believe that I can't find anything googling this, but I can't! I have an upper being assembled in PA and I live in MD. I found a Spike's billet 9mm stripped upper (and that's been pretty difficult), but the finish is a little nicked up. Anyone know a good place to have parts like that...

Re: $500 max to spend what 308 bolt do you buy? I paid $479 for a Remington 700 Varmint ADL 2 years ago at Dick's. With a Sightron on top, I shot it out to 600 yards all stock. I saved my pennies and now it's pretty custom. Well worth the wait.
