20 weeks and 1 day. Take the time to work up some hand loads, work on consistent trigger pull and follow through. I've held an AI chassis and was not impressed, however others love them. The KRG whiskey 3 is the only other stock I looked at but I'm glad I got the Manners.
I have the T4A with the built in mini chassis and it is fantastic! Truly the best of both worlds. It is comfortable easy to install and the folks over Manners have phenomenal customer service. The wait is well worth it.
Short answer no, but it'll make you work for it. I got sub MOA out of my 700 in a Hogue stock with hand loads. But I had a really good base and rings and shot from a bipod and rear bag. It's the whole Indian versus the arrow thing. I waited 4 months for my Manners stock and it was worth every day.
I still have my 700 tactical in the less than desirable Hogue stock. It's not terrible but lacks the rigidity I would like. That being said don't forget about a bipod and a rear bag. There are plenty of options. Hand loads make a world of difference, components are difficult to find now but...
Welcome Rick Bexar community range goes out to 200, Bullet Hole goes to 300. There was a recent bad review on the Bullet Hole but I encourage you to try it out.
I've been reading and studying up on optics to try and figure out what new scope I want on my 700. I can't see myself shooting past 500 regularly, although I would like to. I'm currently using a mil dot reticle but have never milled a target, I just use my rangefinder. I see the validity in...
Nice build. I went with a T4A as well. Mine won't be ready until late March or early April, the wait is killing me. What color did you go with? I went with forest.

Re: Never Satified-itis My father has been reloading for about the last 40 years, so no he didn't slap a bullet on on a random case with some random pistol powder. I bought varget powder and nosler brass and we worked with Nosler and Hornady bullets to find a round a round that grouped best...
Re: Never Satified-itis I have a Timney trigger but my stock is a Hogue that's pillar bedded I expect the Manners to be more consistent and more ergonomic and hoping that will add up to increased accuracy. I'm content with a 700 for now, so I won't likely sell it, but I appreciate the advice...
I has it. I've been shooting for awhile, but last year picked up a 700 Tactical and wasn't satisfied with the accuracy, so I got my Dad to set me up with some reloads. Now it shoots pretty good. I'd say 1/2 MOA, sometimes better. I have a Manners T4A with the mini chassis that should be ready...
Re: Timney or geissele . I'm in the minority but I have shot both and ended up buying a Timney. Don't get me wrong Geissele is a phenomenal 2 stage, I just preferred the Timney
