I'll have to try 43.2 grains of 4064 with the 168 sierras I tested 3 nodes on Monday, 42.2, 42.5, 42.8 they honestly all shot the same... can't really freaking tell :( I'll have to try the 43.2 to see if it's tighter

Trying to see if it's worth the $70 for 100 pieces of Lapua brass... are they consistent by weight in each lot? or should I just stick with Winchester? 308 Win is the caliber btw

Tag trying to find that sweet spot also 43.6 of IMR 4064 with a 168 SMK did give me sub moa groups however those were the OLDER Sierra bullets going to test a new load tomorrow, will update my results

thanks for the replies, now to add another question is it ideal to test loads on the bench or on prone? I too also use a harris with a rear sand bag, and can anyone recommend a GOOD rear bag?

I am wondering what is the best way to test reloads on a precision rig? bipod, sandbags, shooting rest etc etc which gave you guys the best accuracy and stability?

Quick question can a 20" 1:12 barrel stabilize a 175 grain pill?

I can personally vouch for this I loaded up some PV's 168 seconds, and my groups were awful, I'm talking 1.3 moa awful at 100 yards, switched to factory 168 Sierras and boom, sub moa all day long the factory seconds sitting in my storage will be used for random 308 plinking rounds for anything...

Just talked to another friend who has the same unit Chargemaster 1500 combo he told me that my power adapter/transformer is not the same one he has, rather his transformer says "class 2" power supply while mine does not could that be the problem?

seller said works very well, I am really thinking its just a damaged power adapter, called RCBS earlier and they already put one in the mail for me

So I just got this off the hide a week ago, came in today everything looks good, unwrapped it put it all together and plugged in the power adapter, pressed the one button and nothing tried every outlet I could still nothing no idea what is going on help?
