    Re: Suggestions for a tube style Remington chassis.... Elesio is my next buld, have action, trigger (donor rifle) in hand and barrel on way. They are damn impressive in ability to be adjusted to fit. I prefer a Tubb 2000 or Spec tac lr, but they are hot sticks!

    Re: Does a McMillan stock really make a difference? Stocks are a very personal sort of choice to a degree. One will subjectively like the feel of one or another. I LOVE McMillian. They have a feeling of solidity that help me tie into the rig.

    Re: Wear out an action? If very heavy handed running the bolt, as I am, I could in theory see the bolt stop and the bolt handle getting battered. Never done so myself. Seen Remmy bolt handles ripped off but thats not the same thing here.
