I own the .338 Norma sister of this rifle, same vintage. They look so alike it must have been nearly the same time. Beautiful bedding and build quality from small shop Surgeon before the mighty SAC bought them up.

Nice rig! That sure looks like it folds up and stays slim, great for a backpack rig.

What kind of accuracy did this fine rig achieve for the first 50? Pretty much HAS to be good, but it wasn’t in the ad, and no one has asked.

Pretty sure the GB guy is legit...(Rocke Guns) don't know about the arms list stuff though...arms list is kinda shady. I hope it works out for you.

It would be great if someone from Surgeon could provide some encouraging words for all these guys on the hook for actions. What a crappy turn of events for Surgeon and their customers.

I went with a Surgeon in .338 Norma, Surgeon built, 1581XL, Krieger, Manners T5A. Its still a month away and its killing me.

Please post pics when acquired. Good choice IMO.

I would choose the Surgeon if you can get one, or a Mcmillan TAC338 also very nice. Lots of AI's out there.
