bottom

Is the installation of this bottom metal a do it youself project or does it need to go to a gunsmith. Will I need to have it bedded at the same time? Thanks for the help guys. shane

Have a Savage 10 SA 308 in a McMillan A5 stock and was wondering about some 10rd mags or new bottom metal all together. I really like the way the mag releases and everything but want something with more than 4rds. Anyone have anything that they used on theirs? Or any ideas for some? Thanks...

I have a 700 .243 in bdl. I would like to purchase a bottom metal system that uses mags, but am having a hard time finding one. Would someone be so kind as to point me in the correct direction. as always thanks in advance dgwelsh

i am upgrading my 700 PSS .308 and i am planning on putting a Detachable mag system in. i torn between HS, Badger and Seekens. any disadvantages or advantages to any of them?

Anyone know if the hinged floorplate and the DBM bottom metal are interchangable? I found a mcmillan inletted for DBM and I have a hinged floorplate. Will it work?

I see that this is a single feed deal. IS there nay demand for a bottom metal that would take a 22 LR mag (Maybe Win Mod 52 Mags). Any input is welcome.
