“Texas Plinking” 1 MOA/1K Yard Challenge Videos

For the Texas Plinking challenge, the best way to get in touch with Brandon is through Patreon—that’s how I was able to reach him. I’ll be heading down there later this month for the challenge. Just hoping I can at least tag that 10" plate!
My confidence level is that I will hit that hill.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Literally the posts above yours was me and the guy that just shot it.

I shot episode 27, won the episode so I got to attempt a 10" group on paper. We had a lot of wind the day I shot, but it was a lot of fun. Brandon is a cool guy, his mom is a hoot.
That's awesome, congrat's on the win! For sure not an easy challenge.. That was some great shooting with the TIKKA and a 20" barrel at that

Yes, I believe it's first Monday of the month. He posted a pistol video yesterday and said in that video that he had been sick so maybe he missed September or it will come out next week.
That makes sense if he was sick. I just enjoy watching who brings what and how they do, guess I’ll have to find something else for now

I thought it used to be the first Monday, but subscribers could see it Sunday.

I must be getting old

Listen to the first 45 seconds.

As for those who were wondering on the delay of posting the video, allow me to inform you that this was Labor Day Weekend.

I find this confusion amusing. 😂 Either it’s been a long week or there’s some senior moments going on. lol

There is no delay in him posting the video. This Sunday, September 7th, is the first Sunday of the month. He’s been posting these videos on the first Sunday of the month since February.

@ShowMe QTR MOA was in the August video, which was reposted in the thread today.

If you have the Texas Plinking Patreon account and subscribe to Texas Plinking on Patreon this Sundays video is already out. It came out last week

What is the secrecy on location about?

Time is a nonrenewable commodity.
Lometa, TX.

Just East of town.

It's pretty easy to find on Google Maps when you search for the cut through the trees where the targets are. It's a little confusing until you realize the house near the firing line is gone.

That's strait down hwy 16 off I 20.
2 1/2 hrs from Fort Worth even less from the farm in Ranger.

Definitely doable as a day trip.
I looked at the website and Facebook and didn't see a location , so thanks.

I have a new 6mm arc upper in work (from 6.5g) that should be capable when done. Trying to salvage the old receiver, barrel nut and handguard and know damn well anti size was used. Lol

More tools and (ass) enrout now.
