43 grains of RL15 under the 190 (BN coated) in LC match brass.

Works well in one of my Rifles.
 
I run 190 smk moly's in my 300 blackout subs and they are the most consistent yet
 
190's pushed with H4350 or H-380 got me to a grand at 1.5moa less up, that a 175 an Varget from a 22" tube, Book data is out the window here, but never blow'ed a primer or had marks on the brass.
 
Do you have a bunch of them already? The 178 ELD has a higher B.C. So does the 175 RDF, 175 TMK and 168 TMK.
 
I had 1 rifle that shot 190's really well at 600 yards. Lapua case, Federal 210M primer and Varget.
