22 Dovetail to rail

Looking for a adapter to move my scope forward. I have a CZ 452 with 11mm (I think?) dovetails that I would love to change to picitanny rail and move it forward. I'm pretty tall and need the eye relief. Yes a MCS may be in the future, too many damn projects!

I have found crappy mounts
UTG Mount

But wondered if there was a quality piece available.

I needed the same thing a few years ago for a Beeman air rifle. The UTG product was all I could find. It has served me well for about 5 years now. It is straight and hasn't required any attention since the install. If it fails, I'll pick up the DIP piece. I don't see that ever happening though. Like all China junk, the one I got may not represent the rest of them....
