300BLK Subsonic w/Win 296?

Anybody using this powder with success on AR15 SBR rifles?
I’ve got 8.3” barrel and pistol gas, will run suppressed. Have a pile of 296 as well so hoping there’s a match there. Have 220gr SMK and Hornady 190gr Sub X bullets to try.

The factory Hornady 190 subx hammers in my 8”. I’ll be buying a bunch of the bullets to match the factory load
