I am building a 338LM on a stiller action which bottom metal with detatchable mag should i look at?

put it in an AICS stock, bottom metal comes with it!

Use a CDI. I have had great luck with mine. It uses AI Mags.

I head that badger bottom metal fits well with McMillan stocks, but that was for short action.
