6mm Remington data for 105 A Max

I tried the Search but had no joy. A friend has asked me to help him learn reloading and the only caliber he has is 6mm Remington (Ruger 77). He wants to load 105 A Max at around 3,000 fps. Does anyone have a favorite load for this caliber and or bullet? Thanks!

46.5 grs of 4831sc pushes 105 berger vld's out of my 6mm at 3050fps with a 26" tube.. this is straight out of the hodgdon manual 105 amax with a 24" 1-9 twist

Thanks for the replies. We are going to load some today and try to get his rifle shooting better than "tennis ball" size groups.

IMR4831 has always worked well for me with the 6mmRem. If you want to try 87VMaxs this load was a hummer in a few rifles.
