i'm sure this has been covered in the past but i've got a short action 700 in an AI chassis that im looking to get rebarreled after i shoot out the current .308. i was looking to order one from rock creek but still have no clue what specs and caliber to order. i'd like to punch out to 1000 with the new build. any ideas with twist and caliber? i've been looking at a #7 contour, whats your take on this? anything helps! thanks
