1. The fattie at the desk could have simply threw her body weight at him and bowled him over as she was fleeing the office.

2. The main victim was a cuck to the maximum. You could literally see the soy leaking from his knees when they got popped. There were multiple points in this sequence when he could have disarmed the guy, or incapacitated him in some way. The dude was not even that fast with the gun. Sadly, that specimen seems to be the future of men in this world.

3. Old dude looked like he scared himself half to death when he fired that first shot across the office.

4. Attempted murder?

As much as I disagree with how that guy handled affairs that day, attempted murder is simply BULLSHIT. If he had actually wanted to kill the other dude, he would have done so from the beginning.
