Has anyone found an honest vendor accepting only Zelle or Venmo,??? I'm hesitant to buy $ 200 worth of powder from one of the fly by night vendors with no recourse, I'd appreciate some feedback! thanks in advance

Funny, I know of a little podunk shooting range that is pretty well stocked with powder at reasonable prices. No primers though. I buy a few lbs every time I happen by. Cash or credit. No venmo or Zelle that I am aware.
