Yeah but they took it next level with the atx, because now they are erect little dicks all over your rail. The only similarity is they both look like dick and balls running all down the sides of your chassis.

UK rifle come with comp trigger and harder spring. Any source where to get lighter spring for comp trigger?
Hi, Iāve also an UK rifle, the light spring was included in the bag with the trigger manual and the Allen keys.UK rifle come with comp trigger and harder spring. Any source where to get lighter spring for comp trigger?
Nice , Can get the AO out here ay? Finally have hit the shores now 2-3 weeks in customs, so the wait hopefully nearly overI jumped ship to an AX and ordered an AO chassis in the end.
So we should be putting in our PTA's???? Or wait 'til they get to our LGS??.............................Nice , Can get the AO out here ay? Finally have hit the shores now 2-3 weeks in customs, so the wait hopefully nearly over
Danny said put it in mate. Heās very confident only 2-3 weeks. They are here now in Australia. I have one that runs out 28 July . They are quick atm anywayā¦..week or two!So we should be putting in our PTA's???? Or wait 'til they get to our LGS??.............................
Thinking I'm gonna wait.
I did the same too. Only I didnāt put down for a ATX. I wanted a ATX for my first AI. But being that lead times was too long, I settled for a new AX instead. AO? Well I have to at least beat the crap out of the OG AX chassis first since itās new. Besides, itās like tank built. And in ES..I jumped ship to an AX and ordered an AO chassis in the end.
Holy shit, finally got my invoice, so they are here!!So we should be putting in our PTA's???? Or wait 'til they get to our LGS??.............................

Yes mate, Iām all paid ready for the callHoly shit, finally got my invoice, so they are here!!
You guys talking At-X's? I thought he had stock for a while.Yes mate, Iām all paid ready for the call
No mate have to order. I put deposit Feb/Mar last year. If ordered now Iād imagine be alot quicker though butYou guys talking At-X's? I thought he had stock for a while.
If your action rail and night vision rail are coplanar then it doesn't matter how high the rail is... If your day optic is 1.5 you should be using a 1.5 nvg mountDoes anyone know how much height the high rail adds over the stock low rail? I bought a bridge and have a TigOR-6z+ that comes with 36. 38 (1.5ā), and 39mm (1.54ā) height mounts. It also will accept some offset as long as itās collimated.wondering if I could get away with the 36mm mount. I use a 1.5ā spuhr 4002
Sorry should have been more clear. I have the stock low action rail. Trying to get away with not installing a high one. But I can get lower mounts for the TigIR to compensate for the low action rail. Hence my question of asking the height difference. Iād say the difference is 2mm then I can simply use the 36mm mount. If itās 4mm I can buy a 34mm mounting plate etcIf your action rail and night vision rail are coplanar then it doesn't matter how high the rail is... Lol itās not about being poor. Itās about the PITA to break it apart and retain the factor bond and recoil lug for the rail. AI seemed to overtighten a lot of the screws on my Gun already to the point of stripping them.
@deersniper I'm pretty sure is running a low action rail npLol itās not about being poor. Itās about the PITA to break it apart and retain the factor bond and recoil lug for the rail. AI seemed to overtighten a lot of the screws on my Gun already to the point of stripping them.
Also whatās the part number for a full length 20 moa rail for the full ATX bridge?
Edit: does AI make a short rail section thatās 20 moa to match the factory rail slope pitch? I donāt need and would prefer not to have unnecessary extra weight of a full length top rail
I heated the crap out of the hardware and broke the thread locker bond by using a cheap bit to lightly hammer the screws.Lol itās not about being poor. Do you know if the forend rail is the same height as the accessory rails?I heated the crap out of the hardware and broke the thread locker bond by using a cheap bit to lightly hammer the screws.
Purchasing this below will include the correct hardware and recoil lug/pin:
Accuracy International AT-X 20 MOA Action Rail Module Kit 29390BL

They appear just black oxide. Nothing crazy. The black oxide screws (carbon steel) are usually the hardest commonly available commercial grade small screws.Anyone know if the standard AI fasteners (quicklock barrel retention capscrew as an example) are just black oxide finish or something more fancy?
No, they do not make anything that matches the low action rail. Also whatās the part number for a full length 20 moa rail for the full ATX bridge?

The full length 20 MOA fore end rail is not the same height as the accessory railsDo you know if the forend rail is the same height as the accessory rails?
The accessory rails are about the same height as the AT 20moa nvg rail. The accessory rails are shorter than the ATX full length 20moa rail.Is the accessory rail taller than the NVG/forend rail? I assume the forend rail and AT NVG rails are the same thickness?

Good info thanks man! My clip on is pretty small so donāt need a lot of rail real estate. Iāve got some linger accessory rails that would work too but Iāve got a feeling that the 0moa of the accessory rail may cause issues with the clip on and the 20 moa factory action railThe accessory rails are about the same height as the AT 20moa nvg rail. The accessory rails are shorter than the ATX full length 20moa rail.
Not in my experience. My AT-X high action rail came with no recoil lugs and the attachment screws were way too long.Purchasing this below will include the correct hardware and recoil lug/pin:

Yes.I know I saw it earlier in the thread, but Iām too lazy to lookā¦ whatās the lightest config yāall are getting out of these with a carbon barrels or similar?
Obviously dependent on scope, accessories, etc. but any hope for Open Heavy Hunter class?
Not an ATX but itās possible. Iāve seen team AI guys run open heavy at the NRLH finale last year with an ATX. Nx8 4-32 and tbac bipod.I know I saw it earlier in the thread, but Iām too lazy to lookā¦ whatās the lightest config yāall are getting out of these with a carbon barrels or similar?

Yes, but itād probably get a little squirrelly with a suppressor (since Iām civilized) and depending on chassis accoutrements (folder, NV bridge, etc.). I understand all of that is remedied by removing stuff, but was more interested to see if anyone had set one up one similarly and what it weighed in at.Atx Specs say 13 pounds? Should be plenty of budget fkr scope and bipod especially with a fiber barrel
Because you probably ordered AI-29394BL and not the one I linked. Not in my experience. My AT-X high action rail came with no recoil lugs and the attachment screws were way too long.
My recommendation is to still go with the AT-X high action rail, swap the recoil lugs over, and use the corresponding AT-X 20MOA NV rail. Doing anything else just increases the number of potential sources of error.
I know my rifle which has a zco420, heavy ass unimount, mirage shield, barrel tuner and supressor, Ckyepod weighs 20#. Remove the tuner/can in favor of a titanium brake, cuts a pound, run a carbon barrel, cut 2.5 more. That puts me a half # over open heavy. Switch to a sub 2# optic in lighter rings you'll make weight. The rifle will be very ass heavy. My rifle config at 20# with can tuner and Ckyepod oit front balances perfectly in front of mag well.I know I saw it earlier in the thread, but Iām too lazy to lookā¦ whatās the lightest config yāall are getting out of these with a carbon barrels or similar?

Itās going to be hard to compete with these sweet pricesWhatās the re-sale value like on the at-xās?
As @NoLegs24 already pointed out @MNTC has them for $4670. There was one that sold a couple weeks back with 2 barrels for $4375. There was one for $7k but it came with a custom camo, weights, magazines, 2 barrels, and a AXSR rear end.Whatās the re-sale value like on the at-xās?
6.5 PRC ? Very soon, 2024Pardon my AI ignorance, haven't been following their slow-ass release schedule recently.
What's the status on the fabled 223 and short action magnum bolts for AT's? Am I remembering correctly that there's some 6.5 PRC bolts floating around?
I just read the other thread where Tom Irwin said the team AI guys spoke out of turn at the AT-X release and they arenāt planning a magnum or 223 bolt anytime soon.6.5 PRC ? Very soon, 2024
You are absolutely right, I checked my order and it was in fact AI-29394BL. I didnāt know there was a second option available, is this a new offering?Because you probably ordered AI-29394BL and not the one I linked.
Mines actually surprisingly light. Go with a 22ā (with can) or 24ā (without) carbon barrel in 6 creed or similar. Still nowhere near a manners and carbon barrel but itās respectable. And the weights feels like itās in the right places.I know I saw it earlier in the thread, but Iām too lazy to lookā¦ whatās the lightest config yāall are getting out of these with a carbon barrels or similar?

DAMNIT! Is it too much to ask to run a 7 SAUM in an AT!?!
Right? I guess Iāll have to wait āpatientlyā for my Terminus actions and spare bolts.A 7SAUM would be epic.
