I need a better bipod mount. My AT came with a , shocker, Harris mounted in the middle of the handguard.
I have an Atlas here. Should I get the B&T spigot mount of the Anarchy Outdoors mount?
Also, who the hell has the thumb hole folder skins for a folder before I get the LE stock upgrade?
And who would you send your barrel to have it threaded?
Lastly, @deersniper doesnt shoot.
Got mine from sportingservices also. Just don't call or ask if they will ship. Put your address in and order. Anyone who has called has been told no, anyone who has just ordered like a man has had no problem.

Current models AT, AT-X, AX Short Action all are switch barrels, can also use barrels for the AW and AE older models. AT is more of a base model, AT-X is the competition model, different chassis, barreled action sits lower in the more, has a competition trigger. AX is basically the full meal deal, with the fully adjustable aluminum rear but stock and enclosed forend. You can adapt the AX but stock to the AT style guns.
Then you have the long action ASR, AXMC and PSR, all use a bigger shank barrel M30 (1.350 is what we get here in the states), can be adapted all the way down to 308 size cases with bolt and magazine changes. Mags are also double stack like the short action variants. Barrels are way rarer to find and way more expensive than that of the short action rifles. The MC and PSR are really not available anymore, AI has gone toward the ASR which has a thumb safety now, and a uglier stock and grip (fight me) to be more like a AR15. You also have the older AWM (300WM) AWSM(338LM) and Pre 2014 AX which are all pretty much the same action and uses the older smaller M27 shank but those are single stack guns.
There are some nuances to the AI line of rifles, but not too difficult to understan
Anybody want to give me a quick and dirty Cliff's Notes on the different AI models and the the pros/cons between each mo
Get an AT. Call MileHigh or EuroOptic and ask for demos.Anybody want to give me a quick and dirty Cliff's Notes on the different AI models and the the pros/cons between each model?
Thanks.
Mine took 2 to 2.5 weeks. Wasn't too bad. They actually had one in stock. Now to wait and see how long it takes to get here.
A difference to pay attention to is the quick-change barrel introduction to the lineup. Others more knowledgeable than I can speak up, but it happened in 2014-ish…not sure exactly the exact start and changeover (like if it carried over to 2015 etc).Anybody want to give me a quick and dirty Cliff's Notes on the different AI models and the the pros/cons between each model?
Thanks.
The pre 2014 AT I don’t believe were quick change. May be wrongPost 14 for the AX / axmc
All At and all at-x and all axsr are quick change.
Hot and humid today in Central TX, but the big guns came out.

Can you put the link up for the source of the Bipod, please? I'm wondering if that will work on an AI-AT...A bit of after work fun time. Timing a new brake on a AXSR, and finishing up my proto adjustable rider, a bit unorthodox positionally but it gives more adjustment than mounted directly under the pic rail. Got to luv that business end view of the beasts.

You can use 4602 instead, which will give you more elevation adjustments out of your 735.For those with an AXSA with a 20moa top rail, and an ATACR 7-35…..which Spuhr are you using.
I can’t find a 4002 instock anywhere. That being said from the pics in their thread I see a wide variety.
I am thinking about trying the ARC mount 1.5 with 10 moa as it’s in stock.
Looking for advice for my new AXSA.
