Check out the ballistics of a flatlines 122gr 6.5 and it absolutely smokes it.

Want to try again, peckerhead is it?
If you look closely I never said the 308 out performs the 6-6.5's.
You made a supposition that the 308 was obsolete.
The above example was a example of the contrary.
You should look into the idea of "Indian and not the arrow".
There are several PRS/ect shooters that could lay waste to most any on this forum with a 308 against 6/6.5mm .
Not long ago a man won a match at RO with a 308 against any and all of the "new hotness" calibers.
Contact a fellow by the name of Jacob Bynum and he can give a first hand rendition.

Are u serious? You are like trying to reason with an autist.

You said check out the .308 flatlines as a refute to my statement.

I said check out the 6.5 flatlines and compare them to the .308 to disprove your statement.

And now you are confused. Then you try to pull out some once in a blue moon comp with a field of compartivley shitty shooters ( put a handful of top 20 PRS shooters in there and see how he does then) as the rule, when it's clearly the exception.

No shit it's the Indian and not the arrow but no proffesional or person with an IQ above room temp is going to purposely handicap themselves. .308 is obsolete and has been surpassed. Get over it.

No confusion at all, I'm perfectly aware of your "expertise".
You obviously are mentally challenged to opposing ideas than those you hold.
If you'd like to make this less than cordial I'm all game.
BTW- name me one person shooting in the PRS exclusively as their profession, I'll wait...
If you'll look closely I didn't claim the win as a rule. You are having trouble using logic.
BTW- I was shooting a 260 quite a while back.
I have nothing to get over.
You are getting emotional of my differing opinion concerning a fucking caliber choice on a old model of a rifle...
Let that last sentence sink in for a minute.
