AMP Mate with Mark 1 Annealer

Just sent a message to AMP to see but thought I might as well try on here too. I recently got an AMP mate from a buddy and hooked it up to my mark 1 AMP. In the tutorial videos it shows the annealer recognizes the mate when plugged in, but my mark 1 annealer doesn’t recognize the mate when I plug it in.

Anyone know the fix to this?

No help but I can tell you my amp mate is the most finicky piece of gear I’ve owned…. Beautiful when it works but that only lasts 5-10 pieces usually. Good luck.. I have had good responses when I emailed amp.

Good to know. My buddy said something to the same effect about how it’s finicky. If it works, the idea of it doing it on its own is glorious
