I don't know what's worse. Whether it's gangs or some families.

This guy Nikko Jenkins aka to some as Neeko Good Time Jenkins. He was released on good time.

I wanted to post this because it's not always gangs and certain areas in the "hood" we avoid. Even the mother of Nikko was convicted for purchasing ammo for Nikko for his murdering rampage.
