I've unfortunately had to reach for help with my Magnetospeed due to a problem that I honestly hadn't seen mentioned before. I have the Sporter model and it would spit out Error5 and 6 constantly regardless of which spacers were used or how fresh of a battery I put in. Ryan from Magnetospeed kindly offered to take a look at it and quickly found out what the issue was and took care of it no questions asked. The problem was apparently an issue with the button malfunctioning and being pressed when it shouldn't have been.

It's honestly really nice to be able to buy quality equipment from companies that care about their customers even if you don't have their top model. You don't see that in a lot of industries.
