hope they go bankrupt and no gun owner should support them
The SVI thing is a totally different bag of trouble involving the USPSA trying to do their best impression of PRS. Prob worth a different thread.

    TLDR Version:
USPSA: Lets have Nats in CO. Don't worry about Magazine Limits law.
    SVI: How about No.

That and why would USPSA support a state that is restrictive of our sport? Bring a bunch of shooters and provide revenue to a state that restricts you, doesn't make sense to me.
Also, why would USPSA risk screwing over competitors if CO does enforce it in this highly politicized environment? It is just bad business.

Most of the listed companies probably have and own many smaller companies and divisions. That list would more than likely be three to four times as long I would wager if someone were to research it
There was also a list of smaller companies under 500 employees that also signed into the same letter. Could be related or unrelated to these corporations but it was a long list.

Uhh, it’s not anti 2A, it’s anti bill of rights, the bill of rights is not a À la cart menu, you ether support all of it (and that IS what the country actually is), or you don’t, and if you don’t you should renounce your citizenship and move to a country that has the level of oppression that you sickly seek 🤷‍♂️

Im pretfy big on researching a company before I purchase from them. I wont support communist corporations. Cant always be avoided, but I do my best.

Most of that list are shit companies I'd never use anyway.

In my opinion, this is completely different than being anti 2A. They wanted the event moved to a free state, makes sense to me and apparently a stabby pornstar (redundant).
What happens when all the other “free” states follow suit to one, and now there are no “free” states to move your venue to?

Why give the commies any $? I personally believe that any 2A restrictions are unconstitutional and illegal so why reward the idiots that impose those restrictions? I also get why a firearms manufacturer would try to cover their ass as the woketards are trying to remove their protections from frivolous lawsuits. After what happened to big green, the way these folks advertise is under incredible scrutiny. What would happen if they came out and said fuck the laws, do what you want. Then some wacko tranny kid gives enough $10 blow jobs to snag a fancy SVI and shoots someone? I get that that’s a stretch but the left is attacking the 2nd with everything they have.

Was simply stating why give an inch. They want to hold nationals in a place they has enacted illegal laws, that would be the real test to see how serious Colorado is with this mess. If they let a big name organization hold their event and turn a blind eye because it brings big money to the state, well then we know how te rest would play out.

If they(Colorado) step in and make a stink, we’ll now you have a big name organization with a grievance, and more than likely the lead for the federal appeal on these newly enacted “wishes”

"We abide by all infringement" - SVI

Sadly Logitech still has good mice :(. But I'm open to suggestions.

Changing emails, long on my to-do list, will be a very involved process :( :( :(. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

You are being willfully obtuse. I have no stake in SVI, I just really really hate stupid.

USPSA decided to hold their nats there. USPSA has rules for when there are magazine restrictions. USPSA decideed to forgo their own rules (in private unrecorded session no less). SVI said either follow the rules of the org or we are out--we're not putting competitors at risk of the whims of the state. This was not designed as some protest--its a competition.

This is a Major Sponsor putting pressure on an organization to get its act together before it puts its head even farther up its own ass. USPSA is not following its own rules (sound familiar?). The only beef one could have if their IQ was over 2 would be why did SVI agree to sponser Nats in CO in the first place. This is an ongoing issue since Feb. To turn this into a "woke" or "anti-2A" is because apparently you got raped by SVI as a youth.

Kind of like I've been saying. Firearms manufacturers should 1) quit selling to LE and MIL (completely) and drop all support, 2) MOVE to free state (note, Walther had best be going after shithead Gov. ASSuh H. )

I'd say that anybody competing in CO is also not thinking it through. Don't go and CO makes no money and it's a complete failure. Then organizations like this will rethink their logic.

Of course, having something "pro-gun" in an "anti-gun" state may be good advertisement.

"We abide by all infringement" - SVI
It’s the law. I agree about moving the match/tournament to a free state. Breaking a law is breaking a law whether you agree with it or not and does nothing to serve the gun community. I am totally in the 2A lane but SV is in the right on this one. I wouldn’t want my company willfully seen breaking the law either.

As soon as it’s law, that’s it then? What happens when it’s law that all guns are illegal?

let them hold there breaths till the moon falls out of the sky collectively I am keeping my rights

Sucks with Autodesk on the list. Only alternative is Solid works in Canuckastan.

Sad thing is though there are a lot of new firearms owners (though not every one of those "record # of background checks" is a new owner) we haven't done a good job nationally supporting things like Appleseed (I'm guilty). I took somebody shooting recently who'd never been and she is now an addict. Couldn't believe how much fun it was.

It's hard to do though, because you never know how "anti" somebody is that doesn't shoot. I have other neighbors who'd be appalled at shooting anything; and, another who just got his first BB gun and is target shooting in back yard. The neighbors who would be appalled have a handicapped child (mobility) where something like bench rest shooting would be right down the child's ally and the other kid could benefit too as he's not very athletic.

that might be the right way to start to frame this. too bad the right leaning media doesn't.
