Night Vision ANVIS9/PVS23 Rebuild suggestions - probably need new tubes

Can anyone make a good recommendation on a business or person who is reputable that will rebuild a set of anvis9/pvs23s?

I went outside with my nods on in bright sunlight and ripped the covers off somehow. Anyway I screwed both tubes I'm pretty sure.

I feel really dumb for being so careless.

Any suggestions and what to expect in terms of a fair price?

I'd like good WP tubes.
