Any structural engineers around?

Its a state.

Where we are in rural Appalachistan, there are some sketch private bridges that tractors and such traverse. Many are made from old light poles with planks crosswise. Not saying it’s without risk but 🤷🏼‍♂️

Hurry up and pass this so I can move there
Im actually a FL resident, I’m just stationed in OR and the natural beauty and outdoors is amazing, I’m actually thinking of maybe staying here since I’m near the end of my career, but am torn with being from one of the best states to moving to a liberal run one… but most of Oregon is very conservative except the big cities which run the state politics. If this passes, it will be a no brainer

Well the OP did not get his answer so..

It would safely support a static load of 20k lbs if your span was less than or equal to 24 feet. But your span is more.

You will have to make a truss using other 6x4 I beams that you bolt on.

You will want stiffener flanges on both sides of any cross beams.

Finally you can roll the finished bridge onto steel pipes sink halfway into the dirt and drive across it slowly to test before putting it in place. Deflection should be less than an inch to be safe.

Look up a queen truss. You will want footers set 6 feet deep or more four per side and bolt the bridge to it.

Don't hold your breath on anything changing in Oregon or Washington anytime soon if ever, both states were once great places to live I'm a native of WA. Eastern Washington and have watched it turn into an absolute shithole. everything is ran buy the socialist shitbirds in Olympia and Salem, have been waiting and hoping for 20 years for things to change but it's never going to happen. Wife and I are now planning our retirement escape to an actual free state if there is such a thing, if you don't mind Florida I would stay put Oregon and Washington are nothing more than an extension of California and getting worse every day. Every year I dread the start of the congressional session just waiting for the next stupid moronic law or tax to be passed.
