It kicks ass in Blu Ray here at home where my home system is better than the local movie theater. We can't wait for the new movie to come out. We been fans since Galvetron was a toy

I've been looking forward to this movie since the first one opened. There was a preview before Watchmen (at least on iMax). It looked great. I'll definitely be at the theater on 24 June.

Switchblade, what kind of home theater equipment do you have? I've been looking at a Meridian system for my new house. Trying to decide between the Meridian system or a B&W/Classe system. I've been looking at LCOS projectors and cinescope screens. We miss the media room that we had at our old house in Texas. Can't wait to get another one built...

Saw Transformers 2 last night,badass action movie. If you like to see some robots whip ass go check it out,definitely better than the first one.

I have a 50" Samsung Plasma Monitor, with a cheap ass JVC 5.1 Analog system with a powered Sub, 550W to five sattelite's and 250W to the Sub. The JVC analog is going to the kids when we get settled. An NIB 7.1 Digital system will back up the Samsung. Ol lady wants to go cheap charlie at Sam's Club or CosCo, but I told her no freakin way. I am holding out for a serious 7.1 digital Dolby with all the right stuff. Way I see it, it may be obsolete in a year, but it will sound hella good for 8 - 10. I am thinking something nice in the $1k - $2k region. My guess is she will win out with the 'Pyai Chi'(That be Chinese for CHEAP) and I will get the 7.1 Dolby Digital and powered Sub with at least 500W.

Just got back from watching it and thought it was great. The end left no doubt there was going to be another sequel and yes Fox is absolutely fucking hot.

Took my nephew last night. It was pretty cool. At least as good as the first one. Optimus with attitude!

More action, less story, Maxim-esque overtones a bit overdone for those of us with kids in attendance. Better job on the CGI compared to 1. Overall good, but not as good as 1 mostly do to underdeveloped story line and loose ends.

I saw it at one of the midnight showings and can't wait to go again when the crowds die down and see the IMAX version with the additional scenes. Aside from the middle portion of the movie it is basically a non stop action fest of military hardware and transformers.

MY wife and I went and saw it today. The plot is kinda thin but the effects are amazing... Overall a good theater movie.

the part of this move with the aircraft carrier was filmed on the ship im attached to right now. It was near the beginning of cruise, so like in feb. or so. megan fox looks so good in person too. tyreese is a good guy too, from the way i understand it he spent a couple extra days on board because he gave his seat up on the plane to a sailor going on emergency leave. we would see him every once in a while walking to the smoke pit or in the hanger. megan fox though was never without her escorts or the MP's by her side.

I didn't like it as much as the first one.
Seemed like they tried waaay too hard on humor. Special effects amazing though.

Being 30 growing up with playing with the toys , watching the cartoons, and the 1st movie, I think this movie was much better then the first. It makes mention of energon and the matrix of power. I liked how he is trying to tie the story back to the original in a way.
I loved the rail gun scene. and the sr-71, and the fights.
The biggest complaint is that there is too much robot fighting... well thats transformers. What do you expect, a romance? Persomanlly, I wish the last fight was longer. Prime just kicked ass too fast.

megan fox's ROLE is pure and simple. Afterall shes no academy award winner. She would be just as good in one of those old black and white silent films.

One thing I picked up on. Have ever noticed that in movies they usually just say "the President" did this or that, but in this one the specifically said President Obama? I kind of took it that the Obama admin was nosing in where they shouldnt be and almost caused the destruction of the planet! LOL
Finally someone in Hollywood takes a stance against that idiot.
The wife and I saw it last night. Much better than the first.

loved it. great movie. more 'adult' than the first one, so i noticed some of the parents of six year olds squirming a bit. but otherwise gtg for 13 and up IMO...
very good movie. fun story, action, and megan fox makes my pants feel kind of funny. funny in a good way.
