Bought 750 pieces of once fired military brass, last fired on the deck of a carrier by M14s in 197X, for $.02 each. Here are the headstamps... any worth working on for a bolt gun, or should they just be run through my ar10 carbine?

May be hard to FL size but doable. Some of the M14-fired brass I have collected at work was kind of on the hard side to FL size.

Otherwise, I say you have good brass there...

USGI is all good.

Getting the primer crimps out sux but you need to do it only once.

I recommend trimming either after the first size, or no later than after the first reloads are fired. There can be some OAL variability between lots and years and makes of USGI brass.

Sort by weight if you want extreme accuracy. Some say neck turning helps for that last bit of improvement, but my rifle can't tell the difference.

I recommend that you plan to anneal necks after five firings.
