ATF Form 5320.20

I think I know the answer to this question, but I'll check for some opinions. Moving NFA items to a new address in the SAME STATE do not require an ATF Form 5320.20. I need to notify them in writing that my address is changing, but am not required to file the form. Is this correct? Thanks all in advance.

You're correct, not needed.
I don't think KS has any weird city/county laws about the possession of NFA items, but might be worth a check.
