You should be able to loosen the pinch screw and unscrew the brake. To reinstall just thread it back on and tighten the screw. It is either timed by the pinch screw or the tenon shoulder, so re timing it should be pretty easy.
When I ran a FTE, before I took the brake off I would scribe a line with a pencil across the brake onto the barrel. Then just line up the pencil mark and clamp it down when installing it.
