Rifle Scopes Bushnell Excursion Spotting Scopes

I would appreciate any opinions or comparisons on the new Bushnell Excursion FLP Spotting Scopes. I know they are offered in 15-40x60 and 20-60x80. How do they compare with the Leupold Tactical or Bushnell Elite 20-60x70? Any response are greatly appreciated because I'm considering a purchase of the Excursion.
