After reading the thread with all the glowing reviews, got my set and after a test it has MAJOR flaws. The rangeing function works great.
1. can't read the display in bright light, I have heard people complain of this and I though it was just a bunch of whiners, but it's horrible (yes its on setting 4). I have the Bushnell Yardage pro scope and it's display is very easy to read in bright light, I though they used the same display..they do not.
2. my lenses are not centered in the eye cups!! Can't for the life of me figure out how this is possible? All the components of assembly are round, how can the be so far off? This is a big problem because my eye brow/sockets are level and when you place the binos on your eyebrows the binos have to be tilted one side higher than the other to have a good field of view (one side is always on the verge of going black if you do not tilt them)
Could you please check your binos and chime in if the lenses are centered or not?
Thanks
pic is with the cups in the down position the left one is WAY OFF
