I know there are some budget minded folks out there buying sps-v's and what not, I just found out Cabela's has a stainless/jewelled bolt sps-v for $629.00.
Good alternative to those buying 5R's just for the stainless, we all know the varmint stocks get shit canned anyways. I havn't seen anyone comment on these, so hopefully this isnt a repost.
Throw on a McMillan and a little duracoat, would come in around $1,100 and be a hell of a budget starter rig for someone.
