Imagine what those 2 trillions could have done for American domestic agenda.
Could have been invested in the American infrastructure creating hundreds of thousands of blue collar jobs ?

Once leaders obtain their goal(s), they nix any resistance. The goal must be maintained/respected, or, their worth is minimalized and they can't have that, can they ("they", being a general term)? I just found out my brother-in-law is home from Afghanistan where he was working security at the embassy. I don't know how he was injured but he's back stateside with an injury that will require surgery.
